Four 360° tours are available: the showflat gallery itself, and the three show units built at it, which are the 3 Bedroom Premium + Study (C3), the 4 Bedroom Deluxe (D2) and the 5 Bedroom Premium (E2). Click and drag inside any tour to look around, and use the hotspots to move between rooms.
What the tours are good for is proportion and sightlines. They show how wide a living and dining span actually reads, where the light comes from, how far it is from the kitchen to the yard, and whether a study alcove is a room or a gesture. Because the specification at Coastal Cabana does not tier by unit type, the kitchen and bathroom fittings you see in one tour are the same Bosch appliances, Roca sanitary ware and Hansgrohe taps fitted to all nine unit types, so a 3-bedroom tour shows the real specification of a 5-bedroom.
Where they stop is worth knowing before you rely on them. Six of the nine unit types have no tour: the 3 Bedroom Deluxe, 3 Bedroom Premium, 4 Bedroom Classic, 4 Bedroom Premium, 4 Bedroom Premium + Study and 4 Bedroom Premium + Flexi. Furniture, loose fittings and styling in a show unit are display items and are not part of the sale. And no tour can show your view, because the showflat stands at Eunos Avenue 3 rather than on the site, so orientation, outlook and floor level have to come from the floor plans and the stack detail in our Buyer’s Guide to Coastal Cabana.

What Each Coastal Cabana Tour Shows
Showflat Gallery. This one is the sales gallery itself rather than a home, so it is the tour to open first if you want the development before the unit. It stands at Eunos Avenue 3, about 9km from Jalan Loyang Besar, which is worth registering now: the gallery is not on the site and the site is not open to visitors. Use it to get your bearings on the 16-block layout and the six landscaped zones before you look at a single floor plan.
3 Bedroom Premium + Study, Type C3, 915 sqft. The most numerous type in the development at 165 units, and the tour that settles the hardest decision on the site. C3 and the 3 Bedroom Premium (C2) share an identical 915 sqft footprint and an identical standalone kitchen. C3 has an enclosed Study room and no WC; C2 has a WC and an open Study Alcove with no door. There is no tour of C2, so this is the one place to judge whether the enclosed room is worth giving up the third sanitary fitting for. Look at the study wall as well as the study: it is one of the unshaded walls on the plan, so it can be taken down to open the room into the master bedroom.
4 Bedroom Deluxe, Type D2, 1,012 sqft. The second most numerous type at 142 units, and it answers two questions at once. The 4 Bedroom Classic (D1) at 990 sqft is the same plan, and the entire 22 sqft between them sits in Bedroom 4: queen-size in D2, single-bed in D1. So walk this tour with Bedroom 4 in mind and you have effectively toured both types. Everything else matches, down to the Master Bath, Bath 2 and WC.
5 Bedroom Premium, Type E2, 1,421 sqft. The smallest band in the development at 22 units, and the only one with three full bathrooms and a utility room. Look for Bath 3 and the utility off the yard, because nothing else at Coastal Cabana has either. E2 runs the upper floors of stacks 10 and 13; E1 is the same band on floors 1 to 5 at 1,367 sqft, with the difference in area rather than in room count.
